The Preparation

Step 1

Place the pitted dates in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of warm soy milk for 5 minutes to soften.

In a high-speed blender, combine the silken tofu, softened dates, and roasted peanut butter. Blend until a smooth paste forms.

Add the soy milk, roasted chana powder (sattu), ashwagandha, cardamom, turmeric, and the saffron-infused water.

Pulse the mixture for 30 seconds until well combined and frothy.
